释义	法律分析: 共有商标需要由两个或者两个以上的主体共同申请注册，共同享有和行使该商标专用权。因此，两个或者两个以上的主体各自分别申请注册的，不构成共有商标。如果在商标已经注册完成之后，想要给商标增加共同持有人，说明要改变商标的商标权属，依照规定必须向商标局提出转让申请。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国商标法》第五条两个以上的自然人、法人或者其他组织可以共同向商标局申请注册同一商标，共同享有和行使该商标专用权。
