释义	女职工生育可以享受九十八天的产假，其中十五天可以在分娩前休完。如果是难产的，可以增加产假十五天。如果生育的是多胞胎的，每增加一个婴儿，产假增加十五天。如果女职工怀孕四个月内就流产的，可以享受十五天的产假。如果女职工怀孕满四个月就流产，可以享受四十二天的产假。法律依据：《女职工劳动保护特别规定》第八条女职工产假为90天，其中产前休假十五天。难产的，增加产假15天。多胞胎生育的，每多生1个婴儿，增加产假15天。女职工怀孕流产的，其所在单位应当根据医务部门的证明，给予一定时间的产假。
