释义	不构成。成立累犯的条件是前罪刑罚执行完毕后五年内又犯后罪。而缓刑，如果缓刑期满没有出现撤销缓刑的事由，原判的刑罚就不再执行，没有执行原判的刑罚，就不具备成立累犯的前提条件(即前罪的刑罚执行完毕)，因而，缓刑期满后再犯罪不构成累犯。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第六十五条、第六十六条、第七十六条
