工资压两个月合法吗
释义
公司压劳动者两个月的工资是不合理行为,是不合法的,公司支付工资的周期不能超过一个月。以限制劳动者的离职转投其他公司或作为押金或其他任何事由为理由压两个月工资的,劳动者均可向当地的劳动监察大队申诉。
法律依据
《劳动法》第五十条,工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
