释义	法律分析: 旅馆业的工作人员对住宿的旅客不按规定登记姓名、身份证件种类和号码的，处二百元以上五百元以下罚款。或者明知住宿的旅客将危险物质带入旅馆，不予制止的，处二百元以上五百元以下罚款。旅店管理人员对住宿的旅客不按照规定登记的处50元以下罚款或者警告。《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第三十九条旅馆、饭店、影剧院、娱乐场、运动场、展览馆或者其他供社会公众活动的场所的经营管理人员，违反安全规定，致使该场所有发生安全事故危险，经公安机关责令改正，拒不改正的，处五日以下拘留。
