释义	法律分析: 继母与生父离婚后没有义务抚养继子。法律规定，只有继子女和继父母之间形成了合法有效的扶养教育关系，继父母作为法律拟制的父母才有抚养继子女的义务。而当继母与生父解除婚姻关系时，继父母子女之间的扶养教育关系也会依法解除，所以继母在离婚后可以不抚养继子。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零七十二条继父母与继子女间，不得虐待或者歧视。继父或者继母和受其抚养教育的继子女间的权利义务关系，适用本法关于父母子女关系的规定。
