释义	一般说来，“骗取”结婚证的行为，是违反婚姻自由和结婚法定条件的违法行为。是无效婚姻或者是可以撤销的婚姻。而且，以欺骗手段获取结婚证的婚姻不属于可撤销婚姻，而属于无效婚姻。例如，违背事实，制造虚假文书、证件等骗取结婚证，获取钱财的，就要根据事实作出撤销婚姻，或者依据刑法规定对伪造证据骗取结婚证获得大额钱财的人，处以“伪造证件罪”或诈骗罪进行处罚。
