释义	法律分析：如果股东出资后又抽逃、转移部分或全部资金，导致公司履约能力不足，显然违背了资本充实原则，股东应在抽逃公司资产的范围内对公司债务承担连带清偿责任。若股东将全部注册资金抽走或抽逃后的注册资金达不到法定最低限额，应视该公司无法人主体资格，由股东承担全部的法律责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第二十二条公司财产不足以清偿债务时，债权人主张未缴出资股东，以及公司设立时的其他股东或者发起人在未缴出资范围内对公司债务承担连带清偿责任的，人民法院应依法予以支持。
