释义	法律分析: 公司不给工资条不合法。用人单位应当发放一张工资单给劳动者，并要求劳动者签字确认。工资条也叫工资表，是员工所在单位定期给员工反映工资的纸条，但并不是所有单位都给员工工资条，有的单位会将工资的各项明细表发给员工，但是有的单位是没有的。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
