释义	重婚罪的概念及其构成，重婚罪，是指有配偶又与他人结婚或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的行为。重婚罪侵犯的客体是一夫一妻制的婚姻关系。一夫一妻制是我国民法典规定的原则，重婚行为破坏了我国社会主义婚姻、家庭制度，必须予以刑事处罚。重婚罪在客观方面表现为行为人必须具有重婚的行为。即有配偶的人又与他人结婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，就构成重婚罪
