释义	法律分析: 看情况：其一、只要签订合同是双方当事人真实的意思表示，并且合同的内容合法的，则合同签字、盖章、按手印或者一方履行合同主要义务且被对方所接受的情况下，该合同原件有效。则扫描的合同也有效。即扫描件的公章算有效；其二、不符合上述情况的，扫描件的公章无效。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十六条行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。
