释义	法律分析：依法订立的劳动合同具有约束力，用人单位与劳动者应当履行劳动合同约定的义务。我国《劳动法》及《劳动合同法》均对劳动合同的变更作出了规定，只有经过双方当事人的协商或出现了法定情形后，劳动合同才可以变更。因此，在没有法定的变更情形出现也没有双方当事人协商的情况下，任何一方都不得任意变更合同的内容。法律依据：《劳动合同法》第三十五条，用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以变更劳动合同约定的内容。变更劳动合同，应当采用书面形式。变更后的劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
