释义	法律分析：1、违反中华人民共和国法律或者社会公共利益的合同无效。 2、合同中的条款违反中华人民共和国法律或者社会公共利益的，经当事人协商同意予以取消或者改正后，不影响合同的效力。 3、采取欺诈或者胁迫手段订立的合同无效。 4、合同依法成立，即具有法律约束力。当事人应当履行合同约定的义务，任何一方不得擅自变更或者解除合同。法律依据：根据《民法典》第502条规定：依法成立的合同，自成立时生效，但是法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。
