释义	法律分析: 如果劳动者未经批准自愿加班的，一般不可以要加班费。如果是用人单位与劳动者依法协商一致后，安排劳动者加班的，才可以要求加班费。加班费会区分工作日、休息日和法定节假日，至少会分别按照劳动者日常工资的一点五倍、二倍和三倍的标准来算。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国劳动法》》第三十六条国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过八小时、平均每周工作时间不超过四十四小时的工时制度。
