释义	《工伤保险条例》第10条规定：用人单位缴纳工伤保险费的数额为本单位职工工资总额乘以单位缴费费率之积。 “工资总额”是指每一个企业、每一个有雇工的个体工商户直接支付给本单位全部职丁的劳动报酬的总额。“缴费费率”是指统筹地区的社会保险经办机构按照《工伤保险条例》第8条规定的行业差别费率以及行业内的费率档次所确定的每一个企业、每一个有雇工的个体工商户应当缴纳的实际费率。法律依据《工伤保险条例》第8条、第10条规定
