释义	专利复审一般要三个月。专利申请人自收到通知之日起三个月内，对国务院专利行政部门驳回申请的决定不服的，可以向国务院专利行政部门请求复审。国务院专利行政部门决定复审的，应当作出决定，并通知当事人。法律依据《专利法》第四十一条，专利申请人对国务院专利行政部门驳回申请的决定不服的，可以自收到通知之日起三个月内向国务院专利行政部门请求复审。国务院专利行政部门复审后，作出决定，并通知专利申请人。专利申请人对国务院专利行政部门的复审决定不服的，可以自收到通知之日起三个月内向人民法院起诉。
