释义	法律分析：久病不愈超过一个月者可以办理停薪留职。法律依据：《劳动人事部、国家经济委员会关于企业职工要求“停薪留职”问题的通知》二凡是企业不需要的富余职工，可以允许“停薪留职”。凡是企业生产和工作需要而本人要求“停薪留职”的职工，要做好思想工作，使他们安心于现任的工作。对于未经批准而擅自离职的职工，按自动离职处理。企业职工要求“停薪留职”去农村从事技术开发和各种经营工作的，只要生产、工作离得开，应积极予以支持。
