释义	法律分析：在民间借贷的实务中，有时虽然原告起诉了，但是被告积极履行了部分还款义务或者与原告达成和解，原告就申请了撤诉，但是若被告没有按照约定继续还款或未按照新的协议履行还款义务，原告可以在催告无效后再一次向法院提起诉讼。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第二百一十四条原告撤诉或者人民法院按撤诉处理后，原告以同一诉讼请求再次起诉的，人民法院应予受理。对于民间借贷案件，原告撤诉后，可以再次起诉，法院应予受理。两次起诉期间需间隔多久是没有法律强制规定的，是没有限制的。
