法律分析:
赠与合同公证费用：根据国家发展计划委员会、司法部于1998年5月6日颁布的《国家发展计划委员会、司法部关于调整公证服务收费标准的通知》中有关赠与合同收费标准的规定：证明 财产继承 ，赠与和遗赠，接受益额的2%收取，最低收取200元。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第六百五十八条 赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。
经过公证的赠与合同或者依法不得撤销的具有救灾、扶贫、助残等公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同，不适用前款规定。
