释义	法律分析: 因铁路、公路、水上、航空运输和联合运输合同纠纷提起的诉讼，由运输始发地、目的地或者被告住所地人民法院管辖。运输合同是承适人将旅客或者货物从起运地点运输到约定地点，旅客、托运人或者收货人支付票款或者运输费用的合同。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第二十三条因合同纠纷提起的诉讼，由被告住所地或者合同履行地人民法院管辖。第二十四条因保险合同纠纷提起的诉讼，由被告住所地或者保险标的物所在地人民法院管辖。
