释义	法律分析：无民事行为能力人订立的合同一般无效。当事人双方订立合同，应当具有相应的民事权利能力和民事行为能力的人，无民事行为能力，是不具有以自己的行为取得民事权利和负担民事义务的资格，不能产生法律关系发生、变更、消灭的效果，因此无民事行为人实施的民事行为是无效的，其订立的合同无效，无民事行为能力人无法理解其行为，无法预见其行为后果，其活动应当由法定代理人监护人代为活动。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十四条无民事行为能力人实施的民事法律行为无效。
