释义	我国《刑事诉讼法》规定，犯罪嫌疑人自被侦查机关第一次讯问或者采取强制措施之日起，有权委托辩护律师；犯罪嫌疑人、被告人在押的，也可以由其监护人、近亲属代为委托律师辩护。因此，嫌疑人一旦被询问或者采取强制措施即可以委托律师进行会见和辩护，家属没有收到拘留通知书的情况下也是同样可以请律师的。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《刑事诉讼法》第三十四条，犯罪嫌疑人自被侦查机关第一次讯问或者采取强制措施之日起，有权委托辩护人;在侦查期间，只能委托律师作为辩护人。被告人有权随时委托辩护人。
