释义	法律分析：不可以，双方应进行协商，对于续租合同或者说是给定时间限制去搬家重新找房子，而不能强行的将租客的东西搬离或者是强行的赶走租客，这是不合法的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百三十三条租赁期限届满，承租人应当返还租赁物。返还的租赁物应当符合按照约定或者根据租赁物的性质使用后的状态。第七百三十四条租赁期限届满，承租人继续使用租赁物，出租人没有提出异议的，原租赁合同继续有效，但是租赁期限为不定期。租赁期限届满，房屋承租人享有以同等条件优先承租的权利。
