释义	法律分析: 所有权属于军队的军产房不可以进行买卖。法律依据: 《城镇驻军营房产权转移和房屋现状变更登记实施细则》第八条军队房屋产权属军委、总部，所有权性质属军产，“产权单位”填总后勤部。其营房变更登记委托住用单位（即产权管理单位）全权办理，使用住用单位印章，但必须按《中国人民解放军房地产管理条例》规定的房地产转移、变更批准权限，持有总后勤部或各军区、军兵种、国防科工委等大单位的批件。不符合上述规定的，产权转移无效，并不得进行营房变更登记。
