中国对对违法票据承兑罪既遂的量刑标准
释义
新刑法对违法发放贷款罪既遂的处罚标准为处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。单位犯本罪的，对单位判处罚金，并对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，依照自然人犯本罪的规定处罚。对违反票据法规定的票据予以承兑、付款或者保证的行为必须造成重大损失时，才构成犯罪。

《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百八十九条
银行或者其他金融机构的工作人员在票据业务中，对违反票据法规定的票据予以承兑、付款或者保证，造成重大损失的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；造成特别重大损失的，处五年以上有期徒刑。
