释义	法律分析: 在现行婚姻法及其司法解释中，骗婚人与被骗人的婚姻关系不存在婚姻无效的情形，所以不是无效婚姻。只有受胁迫这个原因，婚姻才有可能被撤销。骗婚也不属于胁迫结婚，所以也不是婚姻中可以撤销的婚姻。因此，这种婚姻关系只能定性为婚姻法中的合法婚姻。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零五十一条有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：（一）重婚；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系；（三）未到法定婚龄。
