释义	律师分析：一审无罪抗诉不需要羁押。第一审人民法院经过审理，对被告人作出无罪或者免除刑事处分的判决，如果被告人仍然被关押的，人民法院应当在宣判后通知公安机关对被告人立即予以释放，不能继续羁押。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第九十五条犯罪嫌疑人、被告人被逮捕后，人民检察院仍应当对羁押的必要性进行审查。对不需要继续羁押的，应当建议予以释放或者变更强制措施。有关机关应当在十日以内将处理情况通知人民检察院。
