释义	法律分析：由于工资与借款分属两种不同性质的法律关系，分别受劳动法律法规和普通民事法律法规的调整，不能直接予以相互抵销。一旦双方发生争议，将分别按劳动争议和普通民事借款纠纷处理。劳动仲裁在处理此事宜时，一般都会仅处理工资部分，要求公司补发工资;而对借款部分则要求企业另行向法院起诉。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。《工资支付暂行规定》第十五条用人单位不得克扣劳动者工资。并在列举的企业可以代扣的情形中没有员工借款这一事项。
