释义	法律分析：不用，服刑人员的衣服、伙食都是由国家来承担的，不向罪犯收取任何费用。法律依据：《中华人民共和国看守所条例实施办法》第二十八条看守所的人犯给养费和修缮费，必须全部转入看守所帐户，由看守所直接管理，严禁截留、挪用。使用经费要严格按照规定的范围、标准开支，严格审批手续。除人犯伙食费以外，一次使用经费二百元以内的，由看守所所长批准；超过二百元的，由主管局、处长批准。看守所的行政和业务经费，按正常渠道列支。
