释义	法律分析: 银行本票提示付款的期限，自本票出票之日起不得超过二个月。银行汇票提示付款期就是提示付款的有效期。汇票持有人向银行出示某一单据并要求银行付款的行为称为提示付款。国家银行汇票一式四份，银行汇票的提示期为自签发之日起一个月，持票人超过付款期限提示付款的。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国票据法》第四十条见票后定期付款的汇票，持票人应当自出票日起一个月内向付款人提示承兑。汇票未按照规定期限提示承兑的，持票人丧失对其前手的追索权。见票即付的汇票无需提示承兑。
