释义	法律分析：单位停止为你缴纳本市城镇职工基本医疗保险，你的医保账户将于停止缴费的次月封存，暂停享受本市基本医保待遇。账户封存期间，账户内的资金余额仍可继续在本市医保定点医院用于门急诊就医，持医保卡结算，账户资金用完为止，不享受其它医保待遇。法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第四十八条失业人员在领取失业保险金期间，参加职工基本医疗保险，享受基本医疗保险待遇。失业人员应当缴纳的基本医疗保险费从失业保险基金中支付，个人不缴纳基本医疗保险费。
