问题	私人老板拖欠工资跑路了要怎样办？
释义	【法律意见】如果私人用人单位可以随时离职，拖欠的工资可以通过协商解决，协商不能通过仲裁或诉讼解决。即使没有签订劳动合同，也要赔偿工人的双倍工资。用人单位拖欠工资的，劳动者可以通过以下途径处理：拖欠工资事实确定的，可以先向当地劳动监察大队投诉或者举报，请求依法予以处理；如经劳动监察大队限期支付，用人单位仍不支付的，可以报警依法追究老板的刑事责任；如拖欠工资事实没有确凿证据，需要通过向劳动争议仲裁委员会申请劳动仲裁的途径解决；对劳动仲裁裁决不服的，还可以到法院起诉解决。
