释义	法律分析: 离婚后结婚证一般会收回，我国法定离婚有两种方式，诉讼离婚和协议离婚。协议离婚，民政局一般会收回结婚证并颁发离婚证；诉讼离婚，一般不会回收结婚证，法院会在结婚证上盖注销印进行作废。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零七十六条第一款夫妻双方自愿离婚的，应当签订书面离婚协议，并亲自到婚姻登记机关申请离婚登记。第一千零七十九条夫妻一方要求离婚的，可以由有关组织进行调解或者直接向人民法院提起离婚诉讼。
