法律分析：
一般情况，律师费是不退的，如因败诉而要求律师退费是不可以的；但如果律师存在过错及其他违约行为，是可以要求律师退费的。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国律师法》
第二十五条 律师承办业务，由律师事务所统一接受委托，与委托人签订书面委托合同，按照国家规定统一收取费用并如实入账。 律师事务所和律师应当依法纳税。
第二十六条 律师事务所和律师不得以诋毁其他律师事务所、律师或者支付介绍费等不正当手段承揽业务。
第二十七条 律师事务所不得从事法律服务以外的经营活动。
