释义	法律分析: 精神药品不可以委托生产。法律规定，经批准定点生产的麻醉药品、第一类精神药品和第二类精神药品原料药不得委托加工，第二类精神药品制剂可以委托加工。麻醉药品、精神药品、药品类易制毒化学品及其复方制剂，医疗用毒性药品，生物制品，多组分生化药品，中药注射剂和原料药，不得委托生产。《麻醉药品和精神药品生产管理办法》第七条经批准定点生产的麻醉药品、第一类精神药品和第二类精神药品原料药不得委托加工。第二类精神药品制剂可以委托加工。具体按照药品委托加工有关规定办理。
