释义	法律分析：视情况而定，被人胁迫之下写的借条，如果是存在合法真实债权债务关系，虽然其行为不当，但不影响债权债务关系的成立，债务人应当偿还债务；但要是不存在合法真实债权债务关系，受胁迫写下的借条而构成虚假债权债务关系，是无效借条(合同)，同时，行为人(胁迫人)涉嫌了敲诈勒索罪，应追究刑事责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十八条一方以欺诈手段，使对方在违背真实意思的情况下实施的民事法律行为，受欺诈方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
