释义	《食品安全法》规定，食品生产经营者在一年内累计三次因违反《食品安全法》规定受到责令停产停业、吊销许可证以外处罚的，由食品药品监督管理部门责令停产停业，直至吊销许可证。累计的处罚应当是因为违反《食品安全法》规定而受到的处罚，处罚种类包括警告、罚款、没收违法所得和没收工具、设备、物品等责令停产停业、吊销许可证以外的处罚。1年内累计3次是指食品生产经营者在1年之内有3次违反本法规定且受到处罚的违法行为。法律依据《食品安全法》第一百三十四条
