释义	根据《企业名称登记管理规定》第二十七条的规定，擅自使用他人已经登记注册的企业名称或者有其他侵犯他人企业名称专用权行为的，被侵权人可以向侵权人所在地登记主管机关要求处理登记主管机关有权责令侵权人停止侵权行为，赔偿被侵权人因该侵权行为所遭受的损失，没收非法所得并处以5000元以上、5万元以下罚款。对侵犯他人企业名称专用权的，被侵权人也可以直接向人民法院起诉。
