问题	我国刑法对损害商业信誉、商品声誉罪的立案规定?
释义	捏造并散布虚伪事实，损害他人的商业信誉、商品声誉，涉嫌下列情形之一的，应予立案追诉:(一)给他人造成直接经济损失数额在五十万元以上的;(二)虽未达到上述数额标准，但具有下列情形之一的:1.利用互联网或者其他媒体公开损害他人商业信誉、商品声誉的;2.造成公司、企业等单位停业、停产六个月以上，或者破产的。(三)其他给他人造成重大损失或者有其他严重情节的情形。法律依据《最高人民检察院公安部关于公安机关管辖的刑事案件立案追诉标准的规定（二）》第七十四条
