克扣工资是什么违法
释义
克扣工资属于违法行为。用人单位应当按月足额向劳动者支付工资，不得无故克扣劳动者的工资。
动者可以向劳动保障行政部门投诉，由劳动监察大队责令用人单位限期支付，逾期不支付的，可以请求加付赔偿金。
【法律依据】
《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条，工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
