释义	法律分析：警察传唤不可以不去，对无正当理由不接受传唤或者逃避传唤的违反治安管理行为人以及法律规定可以强制传唤的其他违法行为人，可以强制传唤。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百一十九条对不需要逮捕、拘留的犯罪嫌疑人，可以传唤到犯罪嫌疑人所在市、县内的指定地点或者到他的住处进行讯问，但是应当出示人民检察院或者公安机关的证明文件。对在现场发现的犯罪嫌疑人，经出示工作证件，可以口头传唤，但应当在讯问笔录中注明。传唤、拘传持续的时间不得超过十二小时。
