释义	律师分析：信用卡债务是不可以转移的，自己的债务必须要自己偿还。债权人能够将合同的权利全部或者部分转让给第三人，但有下列情形之一的除外：根据合同性质不得转让；按照当事人商定不得转让；依照法律限定不得转让。【法律依据】：《支付结算办法》第一百五十四条信用卡透支利息，自签单日或银行记帐日起15日内按日息万分之五计算，超过15日按日息万分之十计算，超过30日或透支金额超过规定限额的，按日息万分之十五计算。透支计息不分段，按最后期限或者最高透支额的最高利率档次计息。
