释义	本来在诉讼法中对鉴定结果的提法，都是“鉴定结论”，这是指鉴定人在运用科学技术或专门知识对诉讼中涉及的专门性问题进行鉴定和判断的基础上综合给出的结果。把“结论”改为“意见”，是十届全国人大常委会第十四次会议通过的《关于司法鉴定管理问题的决定》中提出来的，因为鉴定结果，只是鉴定人个人的认识和判断，表达的也只是鉴定人的个人意见，对整个案件来说，这些意见只是诸多证据中的一种证据（如果被审判人员采信的话），所以，用“鉴定意见”来表示更为恰当，有利于摆正这类证据在诉讼中的位置。
