释义	法律分析：中途退伙要求分红的，按照合伙协议规定的退伙条款处理。如果合伙协议约定不明确或者没有约定，未经全体合伙人同意，不能退伙。那非要强行退伙不可的，撤资的合伙人应当承担由此造成的其他合伙人的一切损失。对于中途撤资的，是不能要求分红的，可以要求企业退还自己的财产份额。法律依据：《中华人民共和国合伙企业法》第五十一条合伙人退伙，其他合伙人应当与该退伙人按照退伙时的合伙企业财产状况进行结算，退还退伙人的财产份额。退伙人对给合伙企业造成的损失负有赔偿责任的，相应扣减其应当赔偿的数额。
