问题	不可以任意撤销的赠与合同有吗？
释义	法律分析：因任意撤销权依赠与人之意思表示，如无一定的条件限制，则赠与合同缺乏应有的约束力，对受赠人也是不公平的。故各国民法多为赠与合同的任意撤销设定一定的限制条件。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百六十三条受赠人有下列情形之一的，赠与人可以撤销赠与：（一）严重侵害赠与人或者赠与人近亲属的合法权益；（二）对赠与人有扶养义务而不履行；（三）不履行赠与合同约定的义务。赠与人的撤销权，自知道或者应当知道撤销事由之日起一年内行使。
