释义	法律分析：可以撤销。受赠人拒绝赡养，这个时候老人可以撤销遗赠扶养协议。扶养人或集体组织与公民订有遗赠扶养协议，扶养人或者集体组织无正当理由不履行，致协议解除的，不能享有受遗赠的权利，其支付的供养费用一般不予补偿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十七条父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
