释义	婚前财产遗嘱公证指的是未婚男女在结婚前为自己的财产确定继承人并办理公证。这并不是婚前财产协议，因此不需要双方达成一致意见。公证遗嘱是所有遗嘱形式中效力最高的。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十九条公证遗嘱由遗嘱人经公证机构办理。《遗嘱公证细则》第六条遗嘱公证应当由两名公证人员共同办理，由其中一名公证员在公证书上署名。因特殊情况由一名公证员办理时，应当有一名见证人在场，见证人应当在遗嘱和笔录上签名。见证人、遗嘱代书人适用继承法第十八条的规定。
