释义	法律分析：在法律上公证遗嘱是依公证方式而设立的遗嘱，是证据力较强的一种遗嘱形式。公证遗嘱由遗嘱人经公证机关办理，办理公证遗嘱须由遗嘱人亲自到公证机关口述或书写遗嘱，公证人员要对遗嘱的真实性、合法性进行认真审査。所谓公证遗嘱，是指遗嘱人生前订立并经公证机关公证的遗嘱。遗嘱人可以在法律允许的范围内，按照法律规定的方式对其遗产或其他事务作出个人处分，并于遗嘱人死亡时发生效力，这种处分行为就是遗嘱。根据2021年实施的《民法典》第一千一百三十九条规定，公证遗嘱由遗嘱人经公证机构办理。
