货运合同中收货人的义务《民法典》规定，货运合同中收货人应当履行下列义务：一、按民法典约定的计算方式支付应当支付的运输费用。《民法典》二百九十二条规定“旅客、托运人或者收货人应当支付票款或者运输费用。”收货人收到承运人运送的货物，表明承运人按合同约定已将委托人交付的货物运到目的地，收货人依合同约定收取了货物，支付运费是应履行的义务。二、按合同的约定提取货物。《民法典》第八百三十条规定“货物运到后，承运人知道收货人的，应及时通知收货人，收货人应及时提货。收货人逾期提货的，应当向承运人支付保管费等费用。”当承运人将货物运到并尽了通知义务，收货人应当在规定的合理期间提取货物，不及时提货，应承担承运人对货物的保管费等其他与货物相关的费用，并承担因此而发生货物毁损、灭失的风险。三、按合同约定的期限检验货物。《民法典》第八百三十一条规定“收货人提货时应当按照约定的期限检验货物。”如果合同中对检验货物的时间没有约定或者约定不明确，可以协议补充，不能达成补充协议的，按照合同相关条款或者交易习惯确定。按前述方法仍不能确定的，收货人应当在合理的期限内验收。民法典作出限期检验货物，是为了确定在承运过程中货物数量及毁损的赔偿额度，收货人未提出货物的毁损、灭失异议的，承运人免去赔偿责任。
