释义	根据《民法典》第一百四十八条、一百五十三条、一百五十四条规定了合同无效的法定情形，有下列情形之一的，合同无效：1、一方以欺诈、胁迫的手段订立合同，损害国家利益；2、恶意串通，损害国家、集体或者第三人利益；3、以合法形式掩盖非法目的；4、损害社会公共利益；5、违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定。所以在签订买卖合同过程中如果有以上几种情况，合同是无效的。法律依据《民法典》第一百四十八条《民法典》第一百五十三条《民法典》第一百五十四条
